Bicycle Delivery

We are now able to offer 3 options when it come to buying a bike from Biketreks:

1) Collect the bike in person from our Ings Store near Windermere in the Lake District

2) Have the bike boxed and shipped to you via Parcelforce 48 Hour Large from £30 (excludes all electric bikes).  Part assembly will be required by you or your chosen bike shop upon receiving the bike.

3) Have the bike delivered ready to ride at a time and date that suits you with our courier Bike Service UK.  They will personally hand over the bike and will help set it up for you if required.  This service is £100 and is the only option when it comes to shipping electric bikes.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All bikes need to pass through our workshop prior to delivery or collection.  This generally takes 2 weeks from the point of order for in stock bikes.  It can however be longer during our busy times so if you've a deadline to meet please get in touch before ordering.
  • If bikes are collected by Parcelforce they will be on a 48 Hour service.  We only ship bikes on a Mon, Tues or a Wednesday so they arrive with you before the weekend.
  • If using BSUK bikes are collected from us on a Sunday and it then takes 3 days for them to pass through their network to the relevant distribution channels.  Again the bike should be with you by or on the weekend if that is your preference.
  • Once a bike leaves us we are at the mercy of the couriers and although we experience very little in the way of issues, we cannot be responsible for missed deadlines with Parcelforce.
  • If you'd prefer to collect the bike in store and have one of our experts set up the bike and go through everything you can think of then we are always happy to see you!  When we get in touch to say the bike is ready we can arrange a date and time for collection with the most relevant staff member on hand that day.
  • We do not ship any bikes free of charge.
  • We cannot ship electric bikes with Parcelforce (too big / heavy / and they won't accept batteries)
  • We cannot ship bikes outside of mainland UK.  If you can find your own courier who will collect the bike from us then we are happy to box your bike for a £30 charge.  This excludes electric bikes, we will not box any electric bikes.
